Groups

Please inform us in advance if you are coming to the museum with a group. Groups of over 10 persons get a discount on the admission fee. Pensioners and students also get an extra discount on group admission fees. 

Guided tours are possible only with advance booking. The maximum size of a group on guided tours is 25 persons. For larger groups, we recommend booking two guides or two separate tours. Our customer service staff helps you to plan your visit. 

• During museum opening hours, Tue–Fri: EUR 90 + admission fees 
• Outside opening hours + Sat–Sun + tours in other languages than Finnish: EUR 120 + admission fees 

There are marked parking spaces for buses at the back of the Sports Centre parking area. Events arranged at the Sports Centre may affect parking in the area. Parking is free for four (4) hours with a parking disc. 

The bus driver and tour leader have free access to the museum. 

Admission to Lahti museums is free for visitors under 18 years old. The group leader, teacher or instructor is admitted free of charge. 

A visit to the Ski Museum is part of Lahti’s culture programme for basic education. 

There is limited space for eating packed lunches in the museum. If you plan to bring packed lunches, please contact our customer service in advance. The lunch restaurant Voitto is located next to the museum.

• Pupil and student groups outside opening hours and Sat–Sun (and guidance in other languages than Finnish): EUR 65 

All the exhibition texts are available in English. A summary in Russian is available for the Sense of Skiing exhibition. A leaflet in Swedish, Russian and German is available for the Grit and Determination exhibition. Audio guidance in English is also available for the exhibition. Pick up your audio device at the customer service desk.
